Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.

To request an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and share clear photos of the product and packaging.

Once the issue is verified, we will arrange a replacement or exchange, subject to product availability.

Return Policy

As our jewellery is handmade and often made in limited quantities, we do not accept returns for:

  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and your order details.

After verification, we will provide a replacement or suitable resolution.

Refunds
